“What can we do?”

Membership in the Lake Winnipeg Foundation is one way you can do something that helps the lake…because that’s what our Foundation is all about, helping to solve the lake’s watershed problems and restoring the lake to a semblance of its former good health.

Our members gather once a year at the Members’ Annual Meeting, near the end of April, for a chance to meet newly appointed Directors and talk with Board representatives.  The winner of the Alexander Bajkov Award is then revealed, usually followed by an informative presentation, and sometimes a video about the lake.  Before the end of the evening, there’s a draw for a door prize and treats and coffee.  We’ll look forward to seeing you there!
